My Practice

Guided by the principles of trauma-informed care and somatic awareness, I weave together the wisdom of ancient feminine traditions and the grounded framework of modern modules. Through this work, we nurture secure attachment, reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence, and gently uncover the stories held within.

Framework of how we work:

Step 1: Inaction & Awareness

Begin by breathing and connecting to your uncompromised core. Mental Hygine. Together we ground into the shared container and activate presence. Every session starts with a mindful practice. 

Step 2: Self-Discovery

With curiosity, we explore your current situation through words, tuning into and gathering valuable insights. I am an active ‘partner’ in this discovery, asking questions, tracking and contacting
what is beyond the seen.

Step 3: Engage and Build Relationship

We make contact with the aspects of you seeking healing—the shadow, the protectors, the quiet voices within. By slowing down and moving from words to somatic sensation, we create a dynamic bridge from the left brain to the right.

Step 4: The Identitiy Approach

We meet your younger parts, your elder, and the many facets of your being to navigate their unique roles. This is deep self-integration and nervous system regulation: expanding your internal bandwidth and rewiring your identity to hold the life you are meant to lead.
Step into internal sovereignty and the grounded clarity of your self.

Step 5: Integration and Completion

We close each session with intentional integration and debriefing. This ensures you leave the container feeling grounded, regulated, and supported.

I am here to offer you a relationship - a container for secure attachment and deep acceptance. You are invited to bring every part of yourself to this space, knowing it is also a place that holds you responsible and accountable. It is through this balance of support and personal responsibility that we reclaim our free will and step into true self-leadership.
