Through this work, we nurture secure attachment, reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence, and gently uncover the stories held within.

Through careful exploration and listening of your life narrative, we identify the underlying motivations driving your behaviors and empower you to make conscious choices that align with your values and aspirations.

We listen expansively, connecting to your right brain – the seat of intuition, emotional intelligence, and creativity – to understand the underlying patterns and defense mechanisms that contribute to your current challenges. We emphasize inner nourishment and stillness, cultivating a sense of grounded presence and self-compassion that allows for healing, acceptance, and a sojourn into your innate wisdom.

What to expect

Step 1: Inaction & Awareness

Begin by breathing and connecting to your uncompromised core. Together we ground into the shared container and activate presence.

Step 2: Self-Discovery

With curiosity, we explore your current situation, tuning into what the moment reveals and gathering valuable insights. I am an active ‘partner’ in this discovery, asking questions, revealing what is beyond the seen.

Step 3: Engage and Build Relationship

From a grounded space, we make contact with the aspects of you that seek healing. What are they asking for? We slow down, moving from words to sensations, creating dynamic movement from the left brain to the right brain.

Step 4: Tapping into Inner Wisdom

We access streams of internal wisdom — your inner child, elder, the body. We get to know these parts, their roles, stories, and learn to navigate ourselves within them, or/and embody them as resources to support you.

Step 5: Integration and Completion

Our goal is for you to leave the session feeling nourished, grounded, and more connected to your inner software. With deeper self-awareness, move towards greater wholeness in daily life.

I believe that the base of healing is created through a sense of security within the therapeutic relationship.

Many of our pains and wounds have been created from the helplessness of our needs being unmet within relating. Trauma-informed therapy views the therapeutic relationship not only as a safe space to avoid re-traumatization but also as an opportunity to cultivate healthier patterns of connection, emotional regulation, and self-perception. We step out of "if you do this, you will receive love" and return to your birthright of security, worthiness, and space.
