For me, cycle tracking is a daily ritual of devotion - a path of self-transformation that has taught me to trust my feminine leadership.

I am captivated by the intelligence of our bodies and how they speak to us every day. My goal is to guide you into this deep self-knowing, providing the keys for you to fall in love with your cycles and step into your own embodied sovereignty.

Individual (FAM) mentorship program

Getting off birth control? I offer a personalized process designed to support women transitioning off hormonal contraception or IUDs.

Over the course of a month, we’ll work together to cultivate a deeper connection to your cycle, giving you the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate your fertility — whether your goal is pregnancy prevention or conception.
